Our selection Committee meets late February. If you have sent your application (CLICK HERE to go to form) We will advise you during March if you are successful in being awarded a place.
It is in your best interest to show off your craft as well as you can in the photos you send us.
Please note this event is a non-profit making event run by volunteers. All income generated from stall holders donations, less costs, is distributed to local community youth related projects, local charities and community groups. We do not receive any further funding from any other source.
If you are awarded a place in the Craft Fair these are the basic requirements;
You will be also asked to contribute a non-refundable £15 when you accept your place offer, which will go towards the overall Event Insurance, Ambulance/qualified First Aiders, and the Portaloo Toilet facilities which are statutory for the event.
We do not make a pitch charge but ask for a donation of 10% of your overall takings for the day.
You must hold your own Public Liability insurance with a minimum value of £500,000.
